Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
Our staff engage in a three-year cycle of faith formation. We follow a model of ‘Hands, head and heart” allowing each staff member to participate in social justice initiatives (hands), an opportunity to deepen their knowledge and understanding of scripture and theology (head) and experience retreat (heart).
